The Committee of Adjustment is appointed by Council by By-law to consider and make decisions on applications for minor variances and consent to sever. Applications for minor variance are property specific requests for relief from provisions of the General Zoning By-law. Applications for consent to sever are requested to subdivide property into two or more parcels.  Meetings are held monthly on the fourth Wednesday at 7:00 p.m.
