TAY PROGRAM REGISTRATION
Sign up for one of our spring fitness classes or summer soccer programs on or before March 9th & SAVE!
The Municipal Office (450 Park St, Victoria Harbour) will be accepting registrations for Spring Fitness & Summer Soccer Programs for you to sign up, ask questions, view sample soccer jerseys, save on the registration fee. Registration is accepted as soon as the forms are available. There are limited spaces in each program and are on a first come-first-served basis. Be advised that Program prices increase after March 9th, so register today!
MINOR BASEBALL REGISTRATION DATES
Victoria Harbour Hornets will be hosting registration at the Oakwood Community Centre (290 Park St, Victoria Harbour) on Saturday March 17 from 10am to noon and on Wednesday March 21, 6 to 8pm.
EARTH HOUR – Saturday March 31st
Earth Hour is symbolic event where people around the world are encouraged to turn off their lights for one hour to show support for action on climate change. Tay Township has always been a proud supporter of this worldwide event, and plans are underway to again support this great initiative this year. Go to www.earthhour.org to learn more.
NATIONAL VOLUNTEER WEEK – April 15 to 21
Volunteers in Tay Township contribute a countless number of hours to make our community a better place to live, work and play without accepting anything in return for their contribution. National Volunteer Week allows us the opportunity to pay special tribute to our Volunteers and recognize the value and efforts they put forth. Watch our website for details on Volunteer opportunites and how you can get involved in our community.
Tay Townships Volunteer Appreciation luncheon will be held on Saturday April 28th at Oakwood Community Centre.

Join various community organizations in Port McNicoll as they host activities all weekend long for the whole family during this annual community event! Fireworks display at dusk at Patterson Park on Saturday May 19th

WAUBAUSHENE YOUTH CLUB - AKA ‘The Benny Club’
Ages 5-18
Located out of the Bridgeview Park Portable – the Waubaushene Recreation Committee is hard at work planning Youth Programming for the children of Waubaushene. Come on out every Tuesday and Friday from 6pm – 8pm and enjoy a wide variety of different activities and games for Youth of all ages to enjoy. Activities range from: Outdoor Sports, Crafts, Movies Nights, Volleyball, Baseball and the list goes on and on. All are welcome – and the best part all activates/games are FREE!
Students looking for volunteer hours are welcome to come out and volunteer.
